About Shepherd's Haven Farms

Shepherd's Haven Farms is a third generation farming enterprise. Our farms are located in the northern end of Page County in Virginia and nestled into the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Our property adjoins the national park, and one of the trails runs through our farm. Around 2003, we transitioned the farm from a focus on beef cattle, sheep, and poultry production to fresh and dried flower production. In the past, we have sold our products through various means, including local farmers' markets, craft festivals, and Ebay. But then I got old and decided I wanted weekends for myself. So, now we primarily sell dahlia tubers in the spring and dried flowers at a couple of local markets in the fall and winter.
